With a full CAT A refurb of three floors, a brand-new reception, and new WCs throughout, the space balances the modern workplace needs with refined architectural language. The design pairs crisp lines with warm textures: a muted palette of natural stone, wood, metal accents, and soft lighting grounds the space in quiet sophistication.
At street level, the reimagined entrance transforms the arrival experience. A light-filled reception, crafted in rich finishes and timeless forms, signals a fresh chapter for the building, one that meets the moment and looks ahead.
From project inception to delivery, we modernised all three floors of this landmark building while preserving its period features and historic fabric, ensuring it's optimal use for many years to come.
