Envisioning the space to feel completely ‘non-corporate’, Proper’s founder, Cassandra Stavrou MBE, recruited Rebecca Sicardi, the interior designer of her own home. Rebecca brought exactly the home-from-home Cassandra set out to achieve, creating a snug, warm space.
The space takes into consideration all personality types through varied work areas. As well as connected clusters of desks and airy meeting rooms, there are standing desks, meeting pods and one-person ‘phone booths’ for focused working and distraction-free calls.
Great care was taken by us to ensure the authentic, raw ingredients of Proper’s products were reflected in the space with plywood booths, cork panelling, cotton muslin curtains and paper light shades.
Cleverly sectioned off by its pinky-orange ceiling, the breakout area includes a spacious kitchen, where the in-house chef prepares simple, healthy breakfasts and lunches, encouraging the team to hit pause together in cosy plywood booths.
Office’s should be more than just four walls, a ceiling, and some desk space.
With each and every project we redefine what make’s the workplace experience.
