Perhaps one of the most crucial spaces to consider was the large breakout kitchen area. To be used as a multipurpose space, the rich green and blue accent tones add a real depth to an otherwise slick and clean space. The introduction of family-style seating encourages the team to sit and socialise together both during the day and into the evening to celebrate company culture.

Different zones were introduced to serve different purposes for the business and replace the big and largely unused boardrooms within their previous space. We appreciate that people like to work in their own way and their workplace should support this to nurture each team member’s needs. For Perrigo, this included a hub of hot desks for those who like to work within the main buzz of the workplace, quiet nooks and call pods to allow for concentration and quiet time, social areas to take 5 and recharge and collaboration hubs for larger meetings and private space.

All of these zones were designed with the company brand and ethos at the heart. This included brand integration throughout the space, working with suppliers that produce sustainable products wherever possible, theming areas to reflect their core values and fundamentally creating a bright and inviting space with an inspiring atmosphere for the whole team to come back to.

The end result is a stunning space that works as a powerful tool for business performance. We created a space that showcases the brand whilst also being inviting, useful and inspiring for all who use it.
