Capco made a bold move from the City to Shoreditch, choosing a new home that reflected its creative surroundings, focus on innovation and ambition to inspire its 400 employees.
\Working closely with the team, we created a completely bespoke workplace that challenged the traditional corporate office. A striking bleacher provides flexible space for formal and informal meetings, while a four-metre Capco-branded rocket makes a statement within the open stairwell. Floor-to-ceiling living walls bring biophilia into the heart of the space, complemented by a variety of collaboration areas designed to bring teams together.
The result is a bold, inspirational workplace that reflects Capco’s culture while providing the flexibility to support its continued growth.
