123 Victoria: Thirdway & Anomaly appointed
Thirdway and Anomaly have been appointed by SevenCitiesLdn to support the refurbishment of 123 Victoria.
It’s a building we already know well. Our teams have been working alongside SevenCitiesLdn throughout the £211m acquisition of this 244,963 sq ft office in the heart of Victoria. With our appointment now formalised, the work moves from advisory to design and architecture.
123 Victoria is a landmark in central London. The ambition is to reposition it as a standout office offering, and to do that properly, architecture and interiors have to be considered together from the start.
We’ll be working closely with SevenCitiesLdn’s Giles Hoare and Cameron Mitchell, with the project managed by Emily Madden of Gardiner & Theobald.
