Design that fosters culture

Having taken 4000 sq ft of new Cat A space on Stratford Place near Bond St, Mountparks new home needed to be contemporary and smart, fit for its location and totally unique to them. Packing a lot into the floor plate meant that every inch of the plan needed to work hard and provide flexibility – which is exactly what Thirdways design team made happen.

A vital part of the brief was to attract and retain new talent as well as foster the culture that was so important to their success to date. Having a large, social kitchen and breakout space nailed this and evolved the space from an office, to a collaboration and relationship building platform.

The scheme draws subtle inspirations from the simplicity and softness of Scandinavian design tied in with classic, elegant forms of Italian design. The palette is routed in earthy neutrals, avoiding too much cool, and with rich tones tied in, in the form of in the form of bottle greens, burnt oranges and sapphire blues, to bring vibrance and life to the space.
