There is no fixed house style and no templated solutions. Every project is designed around the building, the brief and the end tenant, with a clear eye on value, longevity and leasing performance.
Leading the team is Duncan, our Tailored Director, who brings deep experience in landlord-led delivery and a practical understanding of what makes commercial projects succeed in the real world.
After 20 years in the industry, what I’ve learnt, and what really shapes the work I do now, is simple: always keep your word and do the simple things really well. Punctuality, communication, honesty and collaboration.
DUNCAN TAYLOR, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Duncan has over 20 years of experience in the fit-out market in cost and delivery, gaining a well-rounded background in the industry. Starting in pre-construction before moving into delivery and through the ranks to Director level, Duncan is now overseeing teams delivering projects up to £30 million. He is a strong communicator with a dedication to perfection and continued customer service.
Utilising all his experience and know-how, Thirdway has been able to provide its clients with a wide variety of solutions to meet unique requirements at a time when there was a huge amount of uncertainty across so many different sectors.
We have built the Tailored team around him and his expertise, creating a team that's comfortable delivering at scale across complex, technically demanding projects, with a single team and a single point of contact from start to finish. Team Tailored's approach is upfront and transparent, with no hidden costs or shifting scope, while still moving quickly to help assets get to market sooner without compromising quality.
Tailored exists to support complex programmes, tight timescales and competing commercial pressures. Understanding the realities of return on investment, tenant appeal, asset lifecycle strategy and the need for certainty throughout the process.
